ST. LOUIS - The 14th Annual Sista Strut Breast Cancer Walk and Parade is set for this weekend in St. Louis. It will be a celebration of life, but also raise awareness of breast cancer in the community.Sista Strut will kick off Saturday with a pep rally to stretch before the walk. A suspect was arrested Thursday for allegedly selling thousands of dollars worth of stolen sneakers and clothing in Irvine.The suspect was identified as Harold Carter, 36, from San Bernardino, according to the Irvine Police Department. Detectives said Carter had allegedly purchased stolen merchandise which he then resold to customers at his clothing store. During the arrest, officers discovered over $6,200 worth of stolen shoes, clothing and accessories at Carter’s retail shop. Images of the stolen goods include a large stack of pricey sneakers from Nike, including Dunk Lows and Air Jordans. SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- A man was stabbed Friday evening in the Dogpatch neighborhood, the San Francisco Police Department said. The stabbing happened around 6:09 p.m. on the 700 block of 22nd Street. Officers arrived at the scene and found the man with apparent stab wounds. He was not taken to the hospital and has a non-life-threatening injury, SFPD said. The suspect retreated to his residence in the area. SFPD set up a perimeter around it as officers are trying to de-escalate and obtain a peaceful solution, police said. As of 8:30 p.m., SFPD has not provided any further updates. (KRON) -- A man was arrested Thursday night after he tried to kidnap two 12-year-old girls at a Healdsburg park, the Healdsburg Police Department said. The attempted kidnapping happened at Giorgi Park, located at 540 University St. Police did not provide details on what specifically the suspect did. SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Nearly 9,000 PG&E customers lost power in San Francisco Friday night, PG&E's outage map shows. The entirety of Golden Gate Park is affected by the outage, as well as areas of the Sunset District and Lower Haight. The outage began at 7:12 p.m. PG&E's estimated restoration time is 10:30 p.m. The number of customers affected is 8,888.PG&E did not provide a reason for the outage.This is a developing story.
